Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Jester Tattoo Supply. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns
We accept returns on unused and unopened items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging and condition.
To start a return, email jestertattoos@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning the item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Needles and cartridges

  • Inks

  • Sterilized or disposable items

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send an email to jestertattoos@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We’ll work quickly to resolve the problem.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return the original (if eligible) and place a new order.
