Thank you for shopping with Jester Tattoo Supply. We do our best to process and ship your order accurately and with care.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–4 business days after payment is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

We currently ship within the United States. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days

• Expedited Shipping: 3–5 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary based on carrier delays, weather, or location.

Local Pickup

We do not offer local pickup at this time.

Delays & Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at jestertattoos@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and photos (if applicable), and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or for orders placed with incorrect shipping information.

Shipping Restrictions

Due to health and safety regulations, certain products (like inks, needles, and sterilized items) may require special handling or may not be eligible for return.
